* If cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to arrival, all of the deposit will be refunded, less a $20 service fee. * If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival, deposit will only be refunded if we are able to rebook the room, less a $20 service fee. * ALL cancellations within 48 hours of arrival date will incur a FULL STAY CHARGE, unless we are able to rebook, in which case all monies, less a $20 service fee, will be refunded. * No-show is charged 100% of room fee. |
